We are looking for a junior, ambitious marketer to promote products and services, create buzz around our brand, and generate leads for sales. The experience we need.

You must have a fundamental understanding of digital demand generation and be comfortable with tactics that can drive demand. We have a B2B focus, so experience optimizing spend and content on LinkedIn is particularly helpful. That said, we believe that smarts and determination are more important than experience.

 

The role.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer’s journey.

  • Manage acquisition budget to meet Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) goals

  • Oversee spend efficiency metrics, to ensure Cost-Per-Click (CPC), Cost-Per-Lead (CPL), and Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA)

  • Work closely with sales leadership to ensure feedback loops are in place to monitor lead quality.

  • Manage web landing pages and run A/B testing to optimize campaigns.

  • Manage and optimize our marketing automation efforts, to ensure we have effective lead nurturing campaigns.

  • Respond to web-inquiries via Email and Chat.

Software Development Engineer (2/21)

We're looking for someone who is both versatile and technically strong. You’ll need to thrive in a small team environment where you need to be proactive and add value through your own contribution. Every day will be different, and this will suit someone who likes flexibility in their working experience and likes using their own initiative.

The role primarily demands strong Android App, iOS App development, and Web App skills. About 10% includes taking operational control as well as support and administration of the existing live system.

Job Description

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:​
  • Android App coding using Java and also learning Kotlin

  • Solid knowledge of the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux and application software including Apache, MySQL, Tomcat and Spring Boot

  • Linux with advanced level operation and administration

  • iOS App development

  • SQL and database design using MySQL 

  • JavaScript

  • Agile approach to Software delivery using JIRA and Gitflow

  • Must be comfortable building, running, and owning a complete system

  • around 10 % of the time will be devoted to ops and admin, shared with the rest of the development team.

 

Qualifications (in that order)
  1. A levels and min 5 years experience of developing software applications

  2. BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related subject preferred 

  3. Industry certifications always useful

  • Our core hours are 10-6 but we allow flexible work time

  • We're located in the Cambridge area but you can work from wherever you like. We fully support working from home

Front End React Developer (1/21)

We're looking for someone who is both versatile and technically strong. You’ll need to thrive in a small team environment where you need to be proactive and add value through your own contribution. Every day will be different, and this will suit someone who likes flexibility in their working experience and likes using their own initiative.

 

You will be responsible for regenerating and growing an existing system that is currently in use with established companies. This will involve building out a React-based front end for an analytics dashboard that ingests feeds provided by the backend team.

Job Description

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:​
  • Front end development using the React framework

  • Redux

  • Interest in new language features eg. Hooks

  • JavaScript ES6+

  • Data visualization eg. D3

  • Feed ingestion using the Promise API eg. Axios

  • Experience of building projects using vanilla JavaScript

  • The candidate will also gain significant exposure to the Google Maps APIs
